Koleda pasta, 400 g
Mushrooms, 30 g (dried - porcini, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms)
Butter, 100 g
Spring onions, 3
Cooking cream, 200 ml
Salt and pepper
Place the dried mushrooms in a bowl with water and let them soak.
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
After 7-8 minutes, heat the butter in a pan, add the drained softened mushrooms, and season with a little salt. Sauté the mushrooms briefly.
Slice the spring onions into rings and add them over the mushrooms. Season the ingredients with salt and a little fresh pepper.
Place the cooked and drained pasta over the mushrooms and onions. Mix the ingredients well and pour in a bit of cooking cream. Serve the pasta on plates.
